Is there a fee for a quotation?

Initial quotations based on building plans are free. If a site visit is required for a complex repair or measurement in a remote location, a small call-out fee may apply, which is usually credited back to your account if you proceed with the project.

How do I get a quote?

Getting a price is easy. Choose your preferred method:

  • Submit Plans: Upload your architectural plans via our Quote Portal or WhatsApp. Our estimators review these for 100% accuracy.
  • Site Visit: Share your location pin so our team can visit and measure accurately.
How long does it take to get a price and complete the work?

Quotation: Finalized and sent within 24 to 48 hours.

Installation: Typically takes 7 to 21 working days depending on the roof's complexity and weather.

What are your payment terms?
60% Deposit
20% Progress
20% Completion

Payment Schedule

  1. Deposit (60%): Payable upon acceptance of the quotation and prior to commencement. Covers mobilization, materials, and initial labour.
  2. Progress Payment (20%): Due when the project reaches approx. 75% completion (e.g., completion of timber works).
  3. Final Payment (20%): Balance payable upon practical completion of the project.
